Tata BlueScope Steel offers Satin silver Sheets coated with 55% Aluminium-Zinc alloy that last up to two to three times longer than Zinc coated steel sheets in similar environment The blending of aluminium with zinc gives a protective coating with excellent luster and high strength. The alloy coating provides superior corrosion resistance and better thermal efficiency than other building materials. Satin Silver Sheets are light-weight and require lesser amount of framing in roofing design.
Long Losting & High Stregth:
Durashine sheets have assured al-zn alloy coating that provides better corrosion resistance due to which these sheets last upto 2-4 times longer than ordinary sheets in similar environment. Durashine sheets have minimum yield strength of 550mpa (0.45 tct) that ensures required strength for roofing applications, offers better load carrying capacity and greater resistance to external forces.
The anti capillary grooves of the satin silver sheets ensure no water seepage.
Batter Rainwater Carrying Capacity :
The 28.5 mm rib depth and 203 mm wide span ensure quick and easy drainage of rain water and leave no room for water leakage.
Design Flexibility:
Satin silver sheets are lightweight, easy to handle and can be installed faster than conventional materials. These sheets can be crimped as well as intalled at roof slopes as low as 3 degrees.
